Food Safety Month 2018 A Food Safety Awareness Campaign Powered by Equinox Labs

Do you recall that particular scene from Delhi Belly when the fried meat seller scratched his groins and then used those hands to serve the order? We all know what chaos followed it! (you will know if you have watched the film!). But amidst the movie, we do realize the gravity of the situation – how important basic food safety is.

Using our tried-and-tested secret sauce, Food Safety Month 2018 shall be reignited on 7th April ‘18. This year, Equinox Labs will decode Food Safety Mysteries for 5 Food Segments, unveil the FSSAI highlights, as well as present the Food Safety Awards 2018 to those that register with the initiative, while practicing what is preached!

The activities? From Food Safety Courses to Webinars, from Quizzes to Puzzles, from exciting hampers, #DonateAMeal concept to Food Safety Award 2018 – you name it and this event has it all!

Four themes are organised for 4 weeks of Food Safety Month 2018, which shall conclude on 7th May, 2018. This event will begin on 7th April, on the eve of World Health Day – Equinox’s small campaign to make impactful changes in the area of food safety, health and nutrition of people globally.

3. The Story so Far – FSSAI

4. Food Safety Awards 2018

The companies, Food businesses and individuals registering with the initiative shall be automatically nominated to the Food Safety Award 2018. Plus, the month-long campaign shall also observe #DonateAMeal – donate at least one safe and healthy meal of the day to the needy and send us the pictures of your good work.
