The menu consists of ‘Fully loaded Papad chaat, with salsa, sour cream and mint chutney’ ‘Spicy Rosti potatoes, served with creamy curd, chutneys and roasted cashew nuts’; ‘Tandoor roasted Momos, perfectly combined withthick curd, sweet chilli and crumbled Papad’; ‘Crispy chickpea crackling Pakoras, with salsa and sour cream’ and ‘Crispy China rolls, complemented with Doi, Kasundi and tomato and shredded salad’.
