Ingredients:

Castor Sugar: 50 gms

Orange Juice: 30 ml

Refined Flour: 100 gm

Egg: 01 no

Baking Powder: a pinch

Butter: 05 gms

Orange Essence: few drops

Method:

· Sieve flour and baking powder together

· Melt butter, mix together with sugar, essence, beaten egg and the flour.

· Add in the orange juice.

· prepare a smooth batter and pour the same into mini cups or moulds.

· Microwave for 2 minutes

· once removed from microwave oven brush with sugar syrup.

· Garnish with chocolate or sweetened vermicelli or whipped cream
