Megu has successfully reinvented the traditional Japanese food scene in India while retaining original Japanese flavors. All the meals at the restaurant are created using a unique grilling technique sumibi aburiyaki, which employs a special bincho-tan charcoal and ingredients imported from markets in Tokyo.
