KNORRs food and beverage brand invited Australian Gastronomic King,Chef Gary Mehigan to host a KNORR Masterclass, for the people of Bangalore.
The brand also invited the winner of Masterchef India 2010 and KNORRs Brand Ambassador, Chef Pankaj Bhadouria to co-host the KNORR Masterclass.
The KNORR Masterclass saw an incredible success. The people loved the indo-western dishes that Chef Gary and Chef Pankaj Bhadouria made using KNORRs masalas.
Chef Gary began the class by giving a peep into the world of incredible food. Simultaneously he amused the audience with persuasive account of his glorious food experiences. The great thing was that he motivated his audience to chase their food dreams and try-out with gourmet food on a daily basis.
He also spoke about his love and inspiration for Indian food and how the use of magnificent Indian spices empowers the taste and flavour of any dish. At the same time he did not forget to share his passion for Australia and its food culture.
He then made some great dishes for his audience. The Roast Chicken made by him, using KNORRs Pao Bhaji masala was on high demand.
The KNORRs Masterclass was the ideal amalgamation cuisine from both the country. He shared his wishes to experiment with some of the Indian dishes using KNORR Masalas.
