Mumbai, 1st February 2019: Sofitel Mumbai BKC presents the enticing taste of Gujarati cuisine at their pure vegetarian restaurant Tuskers- Vegetarian Dining & Bar until 10th February 2019. A culinary celebration in the heart of the city, the Gujarati food festival offers an exquisite gastronomic experience and a glimpse of the land’s rich culture. For the festival, Chefs Mukesh Kumar Baghel and Diwakar Joshi have been specially flown to Mumbai from Novotel Ahmedabad and will offer a delicious spread of authentic delicacies to the guests.

Gujarati cuisine is a mélange of sweet, salty and spicy delicacies that are sure to tantalise the taste buds of the guests. Gujarati cuisine is prepared using an array of cooking techniques and the use of numerous spices makes each dish unique and truly exotic.
