Join us for a poetic trail at Kebabs and Kurries as Chef Shareef takes over the kitchen of our signature restaurant to present a symphony of flavors. In a 7 day long rendezvous, Chef Shareef will present an exclusive menu including a delicious concoction of Kebabs & Awadhi cuisine. The legacy this chef carries with him along with many laurels in the past and present. This exclusively curated menu will showcase recipes he created that are born out of the kitchen of his descendants. Bengaluru will get a slice of Awadhi cuisine cooked with perfection by following a very meticulous process.

Chef Shareef has specially crafted and curated a whole new special menu for Kebabs & Kurries which epitomizes the grand cuisine of India.

As served in courts and on the battlefield of history, the fare at Kebabs & Kurries is a coming together of ancient culinary secrets, long forgotten herbs and exotic flavours to pamper the palate. It presents a symphony of flavourful curries and delicious Kebabs. It is a melting pot of innumerable new dishes which originated throughout Central Asia and ultimately found a home in India.

Melt-in-the-mouth kebabs make their way forth from the restaurant's armoury of clay ovens, iron tandoors, charcoal and ‘Pathar' (stone) grills along with rustic 'angethis' and 'tawas'. Delicately flavoured Qormas, Qaliyans, Salans and Dopiazas simmered in deghs, copper handis and cauldrons enliven your meal.

The menu will feature dishes like ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ Hari Mirch Mattar ke Kebab , Lehsooni Jhinga, Murgh Kalmi Kebab, Badami Seekh Kebab, Dum Ki Raan, Khumb Ka Keema, Mahi Musallam, Gosht Kundan Qaliyan, Murgh Yakhni Pulao, Serai Gosht Biryani, Gucchi Anar Biryani, Naan-e-Bakhumaach along with desserts like Zauk e Shahi and Gulab ki Kheer.
