A Rare Raan Bhaji Affair at IRA by Orchid Nashik!

This Independence Day, IRA by Orchid Nashik is set to bring its patrons a unique culinary treat with ‘Raan Vegetables’. The Raan vegetables (or Raan Bhaji) are rare forest finds, unknown to most city-dwellers. These vegetables naturally grow in the forests during the monsoons. Besides their unique flavour, they are also high on their medicinal and nutritional quotient.

To provide a unique culinary experience, Makeba Restaurant at the hotel will feature a charming shack-themed decor. Each dish will have clearly marked spice levels, allowing guests to select meals that suit their preferences. Additionally, staff will inquire about any allergens to ensure a safe dining experience. The menu will be flexible and updated based on the availability of ingredients, guaranteeing fresh and seasonal offerings!
