The Dining experience promises a scintillating foray into Spain's most favorite Tapas &  Vermouths. 

Isabella promises a range of well-loved tapas like Patatas Bravas, Gambas Al Aiilo (prawns  cooked in chilli and garlic olive oil), Croquettas, Pan con tomate, and many more Spanish  inspired Tapas made with Authentic ingredients like Chorizo, Manchego cheese and even  Bacalhua (Salted dried cod), specially brought from Portugal to make for an amazing dinner! 

Not to forget the saffron-laced paellas that just entice you to take that one more bite! Freshly  fried churros with decadent chocolate sauce give a perfect end of this meal. 

Isabella's also makes its own signature vermouths, making it the country's first Vermuteria.
