Prepare your taste buds for a symphony of flavours with our mindfully curated buffet.  This cuisine, celebrated for its robust flavours and hearty ingredients, embodies the cultural vibrancy and agricultural richness of its region. Dishes are infused with fresh, bold spices such as cumin, coriander, and garam masala, providing each creation with a distinctive and tantalizing aroma. Highlights include Patiala Kachori Chaat, featuring crispy kachoris topped with tangy and spicy chaat; Phaldari Kebab, a delightful sweet and savory fruit kebab; and Hare Pyaz Ka Bharwan Paneer Tikka, soft paneer stuffed with green onions and spices, grilled to perfection. Indulge in the smoky goodness of Bhatti Da Murgh, chicken marinated in traditional spices and cooked in a rustic clay oven, or the succulent Sarhadi Gosht Seekh Kebab. The Amritsari Macchi offers crispy fish fillets marinated in a unique blend of spices, while the Khorore Ka Shorba provides a rich and hearty meat soup experience. The classic Murgh Makhanwala, butter chicken cooked in a creamy tomato gravy, alongside Bhatinda Da Gosht Masala, mutton prepared with aromatic spices, are must-tries. Vegetarians will relish Dal Amritsari, where black lentils are slow-cooked with butter and cream, and Amritsari Kulche-Chole, soft, stuffed kulchas paired with spicy chickpeas. For those with a sweet tooth, traditional desserts like Pinni, made from flour, ghee, and nuts, and Panjiri, a nutritious, aromatic concoction of flour, sugar, and ghee garnished with nuts, are delightful finishes to this delectable meal.
