Chef Deepa Chauhan, expert in Sindhi cuisine, blends tradition with innovation, infusing age-old recipes with her creative touch. Her culinary expertise introduces the diverse flavors of Sindhi cuisine to a wider audience, encouraging exploration of its cultural richness. Through pop-ups and collaborations with top hospitality brands, she showcases Sindhi delicacies, elevating their authentic essence. 

Chef Deepa Chauhan will curate a special menu consisting of authentic dishes like Koki, Dal Pakwan, Seyal chicken, Saaey (Green) Masale me Machi, Kulfi Falooda, and Singar ki Mithai that will tantalize your taste buds and transport you to a world of aromatic spices and time-honoured cooking techniques.
