A Unique Experiential Food Trail Celebrating Fine Art, Exquisite Food and Extraordinary Beverage at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida

Recently, Hotel Crowne Plaza Greater Noida hosted a unique Food Trail evening for its patrons, guests and localites from Delhi/NCR region. The idea was to showcase and traverse through the entire spectrum of CPGNs food & beverage offering.

The trail began with traditional lighting of the lamp, the ritual showcased the Indian values of "Atithi Devo Bhava", the integral part of CPGNs experience with fire representing energy, passion and transformation. The lighting ceremony was followed by a visit to the restaurants with a unique food extravaganza at the hotel.

The first stopover for the evening was Connexions - Chic, Contemporary Lounge offering panoramic view for modern business traveller, stylish food and beverage, followed by the dual cuisine concept based Oriental and Italian specialty, Chao Bella! Where the team of culinary artists showcased their offerings to try and experience the exquisite flavours from both worlds.

From food, the trail moved to its second stopover to the most happening Nightlife Bar and Lounge in the area, Belgian Beer Café. As the name suggests, this is a place for all Beer enthusiasts to converge and spend a great evening together catching up over some finest selection of beers & beverages and work, socialise, eat, drink or celebrate.

The next crown of the evening was at the traditional Indian offering, the jewel in CPGN, "Spice Art" - a fine dining Indian restaurant serving a handpicked menu of culinary delights from Awadhi and Mughlai cuisines covering regions of Punjab, Delhi and Lucknow. The specialty restaurant is led by Master of Spice, Chef Hardev Singh. Live ghazal singing at Spice Art elevates the dining experience.

The next stopover in the journey was Mosaic, the finest Global cuisine restaurant serving a myriad of Indian as well as International culinary delicacies and creating a relaxed, informal atmosphere, with food and drink at its heart. The food trail journey took the next stop at 'Tattva' , a special tread for special occasions.

The food trail journey with General Manager, Sharad K. Upadhayay, Director of Food and Beverage, Amit Chawla, Executive Chef, Chef Saurabh Chandel and Director of Sales & Marketing Rishabh Jain was nothing short of an unforgettable journey, showcasing their passion about F&B and class of hospitality for their patrons and guests.

Talking about the initiative Sharad K. Upadhyay, said, 'Being at the hospitality domain, it's always a pleasure to host such evenings, where we are able to showcase the best of the best we have for them. At CPGN, we believe in providing the best possible hospitality to everyone and this food trail was an idea to introduce them to the available extravaganza at our Hotel, where they can choose from a wide variety of cuisines and drinks at ease. At CPGN, we have 6 restaurants with a wide variety of Indian and International cuisines, each one has its own speciality and taste. Led by our executive chef Saurabh Singh Chandel, we try to put in the great efforts to deliver the extinguished food experience to all. For this evening we have designed the special menu from our existing dishes to serve an amazing taste experience for the patrons and guests, said Amit Chawla.

During the specially curated food trail evening, seen enjoying were the guests, members and patrons that included; Shamita Sharma, Prathip Thyagarajan, Sudeep Jain, Vishvapreet Singh Cheema, Samir Kalia, Nathan Andrews, Kim Sungi, Jose Marcos, Crystel Wang, Chris Read, among others.
