At present Chef Manocha is heading the culinary space of Lite bite foods as Senior Vice president of culinary and under his leadership Lite Bite foods has witnessed the acute elevation in the company’s growth scale.
He has also worked with South Arabian Airlines, heading their menu planning and selection worldwide catering more 60000 meals a day.
New Projects and challenges & innovations are some of the few things that keep the chef engaged and excites him. Setting up new projects is Chef Vineet strength. He is adept in F&B concepts, menu planning, designing new kitchens and production of Indian, European, Oriental & World Wide Cuisines.
