Semiya roasted 200gm
Sugar 100 gm
cardamom 5 gm
Dry fruits 10 gm
Milk 250 ml

Method
* Boil roasted semiya in milk with cardamom, when semiya gets well-cooked put sugar stir well so that sugar dissolve.
* Now put mawa and dry fruits to the kheer mixture. Mix well now add fresh mango pulp.
* Serve cold or hot with the garnish of dry fruits and mango chunks.
