Academy of Pastry Arts India, a trusted name in the field of pastry and culniary schools, celebrated the grand opening of their new centre in Mumbai, Andheri (East) which is Academy’s third centre in India. The inaugural ceremony saw the gracious presence of Chef Manjit Singh Gill, President, Indian Federation of Culinary Associations, as the Chief Guest, along with Guests of Honor, Chef Jean Francois Arnaud (MOF) and Chef Christophe Morel.
The Mumbai centre of Academy, like the centres in Gurugram and Bengaluru, will follow the global curriculum and will berun by professional bakers and culinary experts of the industry. The Centre will offer its flagship AdvanceDiploma courses meant for those who want to take culniary and pastry as their career choice. The full-time courses are held from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM which will cover everything from the basics to the most advanced techniques and receipes that equip a beginner to beccome a professional. Besides this, the academy will also offer hobby courses that will be conducted over the weekend making them apt for working professionals inclined towards food.
Courses at the Academy have been curated to make the students fit for the ever-changing baking and culinary industry.
