AKU’s - The Burger Co. opens its flagship outlet in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi and charts out its expansion plans

The homegrown fast-casual brand has received seed funding and has opened its 48 seater outlet in the heart of the Capital

NEW DELHI, JUNE 2023: AKU’s - The Burger Co. has recently expanded in Delhi with an all-new flagship 48 seater outlet that opened in the premium locality of Vasant Vihar in South Delhi. With easy accessibility, a refreshing ambience, as well as a compelling menu, AKU’s - The Burger Co. is set to become the go-to destination for a quality yet fast-casual culinary experience.

Having raised an undisclosed amount of funding in their seed round from Mr. Vikram Bakshi, the man responsible for bringing the burger culture to India, AKU’S has allocated the funds towards expanding its presence to the rest of Delhi with this flagship store being one of many opening in this year.

Serving the freshest and finest burgers since January 2018 from their first outlet in Defence Colony, the iconic brand’s new Flagship outlet comes with spacious seating of 48 covers with trendy yet minimal Scandinavian style high & low table furniture and with comfortable seating couches. The interiors of the flagship outlet follow a grey, yellow, and white colour theme with the yellow adding a pop of colour that has always been associated with the brand.

The iconic brand’s new flagship outlet comes with several new additions to their menu, beyond their sought-after gourmet burgers. Patrons can now choose from a range of options which includes salads, delicious hot dogs, classic French Fries with gravy (poutine), as well as loaded tortilla chips and an all-time classic, spaghetti with meatballs – welcoming an “American-fare” to the menu! They have also introduced some new beverages, like the freshly squeezed Orange Spritzer, honey-lemon iced tea, and a range of brewed coffee based beverages made with Devan’s Coffee Blend along with a dessert which is their take on the classic Nutella Bun Sandwich. Further to this, you can also soon enjoy your favourite burger with a side of beer or wine of your choice.

AKU’s - The Burger Co.’s Flagship outlet is now open at the Basant Lok Market in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. The other outlets in Delhi NCR are in Defence Colony and DLF Cyber Hub, Gurgaon with plans to open more by the end of the year.
