Good news for the aficionados of Chinese and Italian cuisine as capital’s only dual cuisine restaurant ChaoBella at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla is LIVE with its all-new menu.

What’s New?

“Our previous menu boasted of flavours from Cantonese region of China. This time, we have expanded our horizon and incorporated diverse flavours from the Hunan and Sichuan regions as well. We have also picked up traditional dishes from South East Asian countries such as Burma, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Interestingly, these dishes incorporate the organizing principals of Chinese cuisine and the complex flavours from Indian herbs and spices making it an interesting mix for the palate.”

Few of the signature dishes from the menu include Melange of Mushroom, Cantonese Barbeque Fish, Crystal Chive Dimsums, Jaiozi Chicken Dimsum, Water Chestnut & Asparagus Dimsum, Gyoza Dimsum, Khow Suey, Crisp Fried Lamb in Konjeenaro sauce, Stir Fried Udon Noodles, Stir Fried Duck Breast, Chinese Herbal Noodle Broth, Tom Yum Soup, Silken Tofu and Bokchoy with Hunan Sauce, Sweet & Sour Pork, Hunan Style Crispy Prawn, Sichuan Fried Rice Date Pancake, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Fried Ice Cream & more!

Inspirations have been taken from local households to create the regional flair and rustic characteristics to the dishes. The art behind the handcrafted Pizzas and Pastas at our LIVE kitchen will be a sight to behold as we narrate the Italian food fables during your dining experience.”
