About Chef Javier Rodriguez :
Javier Rodriguez is an Argentinean-born chef. From a very young age, he had the opportunity to travel learning the craft of cooking in some renowned restaurants across Asia and Europe. In 2015 he decided to go back to Argentina to open El Papagayo, a restaurant that came to change the food scene in Cordoba through its refined food, service and singular design. In recent years, Javier has been nominated as one of the 100 BEST CHEFS IN THE WORLD by The Best Chef Awards 2023 and El Papagayo is included in the world's 50 Best Restaurants (Latin America ) 2023 at number 82.
The seven-course dinner is paired with wines from Argentina and the world by Sommelier Nikhil Agarwal.
