Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road Hosts the Grand Rajasthani Food Festival: The Royal Flavors of Rajputana

Aloft ORR is all set to celebrate the royal state's rich cultural and culinary heritage. This gastronomic extravaganza is set to take place from the 20^th of July to the 28^th of July, showcasing the vibrant flavors of Rajasthan, India's land of royals.

The festival will be curated by renowned guest Chef Bhik Singh, whose expertise in Rajasthani cuisine promises to capture the essence of the desert state's culinary tradition.

Chef Singh, a culinary virtuoso from the picturesque city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, will present a special menu featuring traditional delicacies from Jodhpur, Jaipur, Mewar, and Bikaner. Delight in traditional favorites like Laal Maas, Dal Baati Churma, Bajre Ka Khichda, Safed Maas, Kabuli Pulao, and Mathania Mirch Ka Paneer Tikka, infused with an array of region-specific spices and herbs and crafted to perfection. To end the feast on a sweet note, guests can savor Ghewar and Bikaneri Rasmalai.
