Amiel Gourmet pops up at Maverick & Farmer with a scrumptious French breakfast

16th August 2023, Bangalore: This Sunday, Maverick & Farmer Koramangala is set to debut their breakfast series with a French breakfast pop-up in collaboration with Amiel Gourmet. Celebrated French chef, Amiel Guerin, will present his breakfast favourites accompanied by Maverick & Farmer's signature coffee. Priced at INR 1500 all-inclusive, the breakfast will be available on Sunday, August 20th, 2023, at the Maverick & Farmer cafe in Koramangala.

The all-you-can-eat spread, made with locally-sourced ingredients, will feature delicious French sweet and savoury delights, perfect for kick-starting the morning. The menu includes AG Benedict or Florentine, where perfectly poached eggs rest on brioche, accompanied by a choice of bacon jam or creamy spinach adorned with hollandaise for a rich delight. The Omelette au fromage is a harmonious medley of cheese, tomato, and basil compote, crowned with nut-crumb Camembert, and served with a refreshing house salad, while the Egg Yolk Gnocchi is elevated with carbonara foam, shaved parmesan, and crispy bacon. AG Sunny Side Up is Chef Amiel's saccharine rendition of the classic breakfast staple.

A live display will showcase a selection of fruit salad, freshly baked bread paired with homemade jam, mini doughnuts, tea cakes, and other treats. The selection of Assorted Savory Croissants comes with options of Avocado & Cream Cheese, Ham & Cheese, and Smoked Salmon. The A.G. Viennese selection is a medley of round croissants, Pain aux raisins, Chausson aux pommes, Sacristain. The desserts for the breakfast have been crafted using Maverick & Farmer coffee, and on offer is the Opera Pastry, Chocolate Bonbon, Eclair, and the all-time favourite Tiramisu.

Paired with the breakfast will be Maverick & Farmer's signature hot or cold brews and fresh fruit juices.
