Anjali Tambde, a passionate baker for who art is like music, where it connects with everyone regardless of its origin. It needs no language to understand and appreciate. The way the world aspires to converge, it does not belong to any one place anymore. It is Global. This thought of her made Anjali start her venture called Global Cake Toppers. 

Recently, we have been watching Anjali winning various awards for her magnificent creations. As a student of Fashion Designing, her detailing to every cake brings more charm and attractiveness to her cakes.

Upon her winning the “Best in Show” for the miniature cake, a gold award for the Wedding cake and a Gold for Cake toppers at Irish Sugarcraft Show. Anjali has marked her presence in the Bakery Industry of India and Ireland.

In conversation with HospiBuz, Anjali says- “I really feel very blessed and proud to win a few of the world's best and biggest cake shows and bag those gold medals for my country that too 3 times in the last 3 years”.
