CHENNAI, 10th November, 2022: ITC Grand Chola hosted its annual Christmas Cake Mixing ceremony to usher in the festive season ahead. A number of guests and their little kids participated in the traditional ceremony of mixing various dry fruits, spices and nuts that are soaked for weeks to prepare the quintessential Christmas cakes.
A total of 140kgs of mince, such as dry fruits, nuts, 60 bottles of premium beverage and 20 ltrs of juice along with spice powders were mixed by our guests with full gusto, symbolic of welcoming the festive cheer ahead.
