Araiya Hotels & Resorts Announce Serviced Apartments in Alibaug

Mumbai, 3rd October, 2022 Araiya Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with Earth Weavers Builders & Developers to announce the first serviced apartment project in the scenic setting of Dhokawade, Alibaug, creating a new service offering in the popular holiday destination. Located a five minutes’ drive from Mandwa Jetty, Araiya Waterfront Alibaug, Serviced Apartments by Earthweavers will comprise 24 spacious apartments overlooking a picturesque lake, with ocean views from the higher floors. With steady progress on design development and execution, the property is all set to open its doors to residents and visitors in time for the summer season in 2024.

A unique development that brings together the best of second homes with a hotel experience in the form of serviced apartments, Araiya Waterfront Alibaug will feature amenities such as a restaurant, swimming pool, gym and spa operated by hoteliers. As per the agreement with Earthweavers, Araiya Hotels & Resorts will be responsible to deliver the best of its hospitality, delivering best in class amenities, sustainable design and practices along with access to the sales and distribution network, customer relationship management and higher occupancy and daily rates.
