Embark on an epicurean journey at the Awadhi Food Festival with Chef Rehman Mujeebur and indulge in a lavish feast of lip-smacking dishes and a myriad of rich flavours that will leave your taste buds utterly satisfied.

Awadhi Cuisine is from the city of Lucknow, which is the capital of the state of Uttar Pradesh in Northern India. Awadh has been greatly influenced by Mughal cooking techniques, and the cuisine of Lucknow bears similarities to those of Persia, Kashmir, Punjab and Hyderabad. The bawarchis and rakabdars of Awadh gave birth to the dum style of cooking or the art of cooking over a slow fire, which has become synonymous with Lucknow today.

Some of the Vegetarian dishes that will be served during the food festival include Paneer Hazrat Mahal Tikka, Nazaqati Tandoori Gobhi, Nawabi Baigan Bhurta, Aloo Dum Awadhi, Subziyon Ke Tahiri, Zafrani Mutter Pulao, Dal Sultani, Warqi Paratha. Non-Vegetarian dishes include Mahi Dum Kebab, Kacchi Machli Ka Salan, Gosht Zafrani Pulao, Galawati Kebab and many more.

The live counters will have crowd favourites like the Galawati Kebab, Boti Kebab Rajma Shammi, Dal Shammi. To end your gastronomic journey and to satisfy your sweet tooth, the dessert section will have delicacies like Zafrani Phirni, Chukander E Afroz, Anannas Halwa and many more.
