(Bengaluru, 2nd February 2024) Ssaffron, Shangri-La Bengaluru’s award-winning restaurant showcases the richness of  Kashmiri Wazwan with a ten-day extravaganza from the 2nd to the 11th of February. Ssaffron's famed ambience will be transformed into a haven of culinary artistry, with intricate flavours and techniques that have been passed down through generations. Hailing from Kashmir, renowned guest Wazas, Mushtaq and Hameid will be presenting authentic Wazwan specialities to curate a truly unforgettable dining experience.

Chef Mushtaq, a renowned Kashmiri Waza with generations of expertise, takes residency at Ssaffron, weaving his magic into a menu brimming with delectable and aromatic Kashmiri delicacies. Bursting with the vibrant flavours and rich aromas of the region, the menu begins with Kashmiri Kehwa, inviting guests to enjoy opulent delicacies thereafter such as Tabak Maaz, Maaz Kanti, Mache Kebab and more served along with a variety of Koshur chutneys. Mains showcase culinary masterpieces like Waz Kokur, Gushtaba, Rogan Josh, Gogji Rajma, Tamatar Chaman, Nadru Yakhni and more. Patrons can also savour Zaffrani and Konge Halwa, as a  sweet finale to the Kashmiri food feast.
