Joining him is Chef Japneet Singh, Chef De Cuisine, refining dishes for a pure and elevated Indian indulgence. The menu features enticing range of small plates like Chilli Garlic Paneer Tikka, Chicken Khurchan Bruschetta, Andhra Chilli Chicken, Raan Pita Pockets, Tawa Paneer Crostini, Karare Bhutte Ke Kabab, Tiger Prawn Sukha, Keema Per Edu,  GunPowder Pork Ribs, and more. Mains include Kolambi Rassa, Badmaash Paneer Khatta Pyaaz, Corgi Pandi Curry, Chicken Ghee Roast, paired with options like Malabar Parata, Chilli Cheese Kulcha, and Sumac and Truffle oil naan. For desserts, indulge in delights like Masala Chai Tiramisu, Salted Caramel Kulfi Falooda, and Pumpkin Seeds & Saffron Shrikand. The food menu at Badmaash is a compilation of quintessential Indian favourites, that have been taken up a notch. Badmaash has a range of cocktails to complement the food, including a signature cocktail named "Mounilicious," which is also Mouni's personal favourite. This cocktail is a blend of vodka and elderflower with a subtle hint of curry leaves, which are known for their distinct aroma and flavour in Indian cuisine. The curry leaves are infused in the vodka and elderflower mixture, adding a unique twist to the classic cocktail.  

The Badmaash cocktail menu takes inspiration from the every day but with a surprising mischievous twist. Championing Indian first ingredients, every Badmaash cocktail is crafted to deliver a sense of wide-eyed joy. With tongue-in-cheek names and flavour infusions, give your adventurous side a go and we promise you’ll keep coming back for more. Curated by Bensan Varghese, Head mixologist features an eccentric mix of cocktails with an Indian twist such as Pushpa 3 the Cocktail, This drink is not only delicious but also unique in its serving style. It is exclusively served at the bar counter and high tables as Pushpa doesn't bend down (If you know what we mean?). You'll have to come to the bar to experience this one-of-a-kind drink. Ek Dawn Ki Kahani, a refreshing cocktail made with ciroc, holy basil, honey water, tonic water prawns cracker; Pop Kaun?? A quirky cocktail made with  ketel one, Indian spiced popcorn syrup, passion fruit syrup, sparkling wine Panchatantra. A collection of Fables, made with Bacardi 4 YO infused with a medley of freshly toasted cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, citrus & clarified, Bacardi 8 YO float; Smoky Pav. Lifestyle,  a Bacon fat washed whisky, aperitivo, agave
