Bangalore, 05 June 2024: The Leela Bhartiya City Bangalore unveils the fourth edition of the Chapters of Heirloom to be curated by the renowned Suresh Hinduja. The Sindhi cuisine pop-up will commence from June 9th to 11th, 2024, at Quattro, an all-day dining restaurant by The Leela Bhartiya City Bangalore. 

Mr. Suresh Hinduja, a celebrated name in the culinary world, will lead this unique culinary pop-up. Known for his creative approach to Sindhi cuisine, Mr. Hinduja has consistently delivered exceptional dining experiences. 'Chapters of Heirloom' is an initiative that aims to revive and celebrate traditional cuisines focused on hyper-local flavors from various Indian regions, with this edition focusing on the distinct flavors and heritage of Sindhi cuisine.
