Bangalore’s Most Awaited Parsi Feast is Back at SodaBottleOpenerWala

20th March 2024, Bangalore: Get ready to raise a glass (or two) because SodaBottleOpenerWala's legendary Navroz menu is back. It's time to indulge in a feast of mouthwatering Parsi delicacies that can’t be missed. In the spirit of the upcoming Jamshedji Navroze, SodaBottleOpenerWala is delighted to unveil its special menu, Navroz Har Roz, available from March 18th to March 31st 2024.

Marking the beginning of the Parsi Calendar with rich flavours, vibrant dishes, and a taste of tradition that will have diners saying "Jeem jaam!" (Let's eat!) SodaBottleOpenerWala’s Navroz Har Roz menu features timeless favourites like Lagan Nu Stew, seasonal vegetables tossed in a Parsi tomato masala served with everybody's favourite pav. Diners can also savour the Badami Gosht, a Parsi speciality featuring succulent mutton simmered in a creamy almond and spice gravy.

No Parsi culinary experience is complete without a decadent dessert. To end the meal on a perfect note, Persian Pudding with Coffee Ice Cream brings warm flavours that are brimming with dry fruits, berries, and a touch of rum.
