Hot on the heels of the World’s 50 Best Bars 2023 ceremony, this marks the first time the Barcelona bar takes over a restaurant in the city.

Paradiso has carved a name for itself as an innovator and game-changer in the space; expect their iconic cocktails on offer, celebrated for their unlikely techniques and ingredients – only this time with an Indian twist, as they explore local flavours in partnership with Stranger & Sons Gin. Menu themes at Paradiso are inspired by the otherworldly: magic and space, and more recently, the “evolution of humankind.” Drinks here explore fermentation, avant-garde aesthetics, and unusual flavour profiles that put them at the forefront of their industry.
