Sip on innovative beverages like ‘Nut Affair’, a peanut washed rum, laced with Umeshu, bitters & vermouth, ‘Tectoni’, a fermented tequila based drink flavoured with kombucha and citrus, ‘Pocket’, a soothing combination of Fernet, rum, mint and pineapple, ‘Colonge’, gin laced with California red grapes and lavender, ‘The Runaway’, blue pea flowers dipped in vodka, drizzled with elderflower and tonic and the ‘Classic Negroni’.
