Barbeque Nation at Sayaji Hotel Kolhapur hosts ‘Bbq, Beer and Biryani’ food festival

Beers Barbeque and Biryani food festival will be a celebration of lot of food and beverage choices and combination. Barbeque Nation will be featuring a variety of marinade on kebabs and barbeque along with a great combination of both domestic and imported beers. Special beer buckets offering will be featured throughout the festival. A wide range of biryanis will be presented from various culinary destinations of India. Chef Nishant and team will be preparing a feast for all our patrons during the festival.

All the dishes are prepared with traditional ingredients and methods, ensuring that each dish is authentically delicious. Guests can relish a tempting meal with signature dishes like Bhatti-di-tangdi, Kheeri kebab, Sharmili macchi, Amritsari fry phankudi, Tunde kebab, Gosht chapli kebab, Kacche gosht ki biryani, Raan biryani, Dimmer roast biryani, Murgh Beghmati, Mutton Taar Korma, Murgh Afreen, Dum Pukht Gosht, and many more. The mains are accompanied by mouth-watering desserts including Makhana Ki Kheer, Malai Peda, Raj Bhog, Shahi Gulab Phirni, Mud Cake Slice, Roasted Almond Brownie, Caramelized Banana Cake, White Forest Tart and Rose Milk Pudding.
