Starting March 1, Bayroute Powai will host GINITOES’FRIDAY that begins at 10:30 PM. The exclusive package, with an unbelievable tag of just INR 2,000 all inclusive, offers jazz aficionados way more than just the best jazz performances in the city. Patrons can choose to have either 3 delectable cocktails plus 2 Bidayah/ Hot Mezze or pick their favourite food, a-la-carte, off Bayroute’s unmatched menu. The choices in cocktails are sinfully tempting – Wasabi Tini (Gin blended perfectly with Wasabi and Dark Green Cucumber Juice to create this concoction); Pollinated (Chamomile Flower infused with Gin and flavoured with Caramel & laced with concentrated Apple Juice); Blue Breeze (Homemade Gin Syrup frozen with Blue Curacao and served with Cheese Cherry Sticks); Hibiscus Cooler (Gin with homemade Hibiscus Shrub and finished with Tonic); and Kale & Arugula Genito (Gin flavoured with Kale & Arugula and sweetened Black Honey).

This Collective is led by Anurag Naidu, a classical turned jazz pianist, who recently recorded his own jazz album in Paris and have also performed with renowned Indian artists like Ustad Zakir Hussain, A.R. Rahman and Mr. Hariharan. The Bombay Jazz Collective gathers some of today's best jazz musicians in Mumbai and in the country.
