Mr Dewan is carrying forward the legacy of noted industrialist and liquor baron Dewan Gian Chand, who founded the company in 1961. An alumnus of Cambrian Hall Dehradun, Mr Dewan has expanded the reach of the company to New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Singapore, UAE, Vietnam and Hong Kong.

The 60-year-old company has its own product line and is manufacturing for other premium brands in the county. With a combined production capacity of over 1lakh KL the brand is supplied across the globe where it has won some prestigious awards.

The company had secured medals in 2020 also, making this the second consecutive year of its victory spree.

It bagged awards for blind tasting in all the categories of beer - gold medals for Godfather Legendary strong beer in the strong beer segment and Six Fields Cult in the strong wheat beer segment

The flagship beer brand of DeVANS, Godfather is one of the fastest-growing players in India. It is a strong lager beer with 6.5% abv. The brand holds a large market share in Northern and Eastern India and also enjoys a global presence in the USA, Japan New Zealand and Australia. Godfather Super8 Beer

Godfather is proud to launch its newest variant, SUPER 8. It is a novelty in India for being the first strongest beer in the country with 8O% abv. SUPER 8 is the dawn of the super strong.

Kotsberg Beer

Introduced in 2013, Kotsberg is positioned as a premium craft beer. It is available in can, bottle, and pint, and comes in two variants- Strong with 6% abv and Pils with 4.5% abv.

The beer is steeped in a perfect blend of rice flakes, oaky malted barley, and warm notes of German hops with no added sugar. Designed to cater for the youth, Kotsberg beer encapsulates youthful energy in its sparkling buzz.
