Bengaluru to host biggest Seafood Battle of 2019

The Chef Post presents ‘The Boiling Point’ to celebrate culinary talent and a diverse range of seafood

Bengaluru, April 16th, 2019: The Chef Post, an interactive, content-driven digital platform that heralds chefs and gastronomy has announced the launch of The Boiling Point, A Seafood Battle.

The gala event is aimed to salute seafood, the top-notch calibre of chefs and promote camaraderie and bonding within the chef community. It will witness captains of kitchens from 22 uber luxury hotels and premium standalone restaurants in Bengaluru coming together on one pedestal to innovate, curate and present a plethora of exotic, mouth-watering seafood delights, which would then be presented with elements of fun to an esteemed tasting panel comprising the Ambassador of Iceland, His Excellency Guðmundur Árni Stefánsson and celebrity chef Vicky Ratnani.

The culinary drama will unfold on April 27, 2019 and will be hosted in the expansive environs of the city’s newest, upscale property, Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, in the presence of over 350 individuals, including the crème de la crème, corporates, dignitaries and influencers.

A curtain-raiser was held on Monday at Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel with over 50 chefs to herald the event with a grand briefing session that highlighted the details and setup of The Boiling Point. The curtain-raiser also witnessed the launch of an invigorating teaser video shot by celebrity photographer Lucky Malhotra.
