Located amidst the striking glass architecture and skyscrapers of BKC, Blah! provides a leisurely escape across the vast manicured lawns of Jio Garden. The venue boasts a cozy, botanically-inspired ambiance with lush greens, beautiful foliage, and creatively curated furniture with cane weaving and warm wood. Blah! in BKC will celebrate its two-year anniversary this weekend, coinciding with the recent launch of an innovative new menu. This dynamic menu broke boundaries with unique fusions like Mexican Mango Avocado Sushi Roll and Smoke Chicken Dimsum in Ramen Broth. They also offered a range of Croissants, including sweet and savory options like Baklava and Black Forest. 

Furthermore, Blah! catered to health-conscious guests with sugar-free cocktails like "Harvest Moon," featuring vetiver-infused gin and eco-conscious ingredients, "Italian Affair" blending coconut oil fat-wash vodka, and "Ruby Roots," a beetroot and rose petal-infused rum creation. This culinary and mixology innovation set Blah! apart, offering a delightful and diverse dining experience for its patrons during the anniversary celebrations. 

As part of her expansion strategy for Blah!, she envisions launching new branches in prominent cities such as Mumbai, Gurugram, and Bangalore in the near future. In addition to expanding Blah! she has plans to grow her business through Magna and Vivi Italian Bar & Kitchen, catering to a wider audience.
