Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters opens its 25th café in Maharashtra

The newly-launched outlet in Mumbai’s suburban area will be home to signature beverages, delicious food and fresh bakes

Mumbai, December 6, 2023: After taking the entire country on an unparalleled coffee journey, Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, India’s largest specialty coffee brand, continues to expand its offline footprint with its 25^th café in Maharashtra. With this, the company is steadily inching towards its goal of well surpassing the 100 café mark by FY24.  

Located in the bustling neighbourhood of Andheri, the café brings together the soulful aroma of freshly-brewed coffee by Blue Tokai, fresh bakes by Suchali’s Artisan Bakehouse and delicious food options. This newly-launched café can comfortably accommodate close to 40 guests and is a true reflection of the growing demand for a cup of good-quality coffee in the state. The café has been designed in line with the company’s admiration for traditional Indian artforms, and has indoor and outdoor seating, giving customers a glimpse of their coffee being brewed to perfection while they enjoy the city’s character.

The Andheri outlet will be home to several hot and cold brews like Espresso, Pourover, Americano, Cappuccino, Flat White, Trioccino, Vietnamese-style iced coffee amongst many others - all brewed using Blue Tokai’s high-quality roasted beans. Customers will be in for a treat with food preparations ranging from healthy to indulgent and a wide variety of sweet and savoury options, baked to perfection. This café will also be home to a compelling collection of roasted coffee beans, fresh breads and other coffee and bakery retail offerings.
