From the west coast of India, there is Konkan Fish Curry- Coastal spiced fish curry with tawa fried sea bass, marinated in kokum and green chilli, a mildly spicy yet creamy exploration into the coastal life of the Konkan belt of India.
The menu also exhibits a selection of flavourful biryanis, such as Achari Paneer Biryani - slow cooked pickled spiced paneer biryani garnished with caramelized onions, and the Jama Masjid Malai Tikka Biryani - tandoor roasted chicken and cardamom rice served with pudina chutney, masala onions andcream butter sauce, along with the northern region's favourite.
