Bombay Breakfast Club Serves Up at SodaBottleOpenerWala! Mornings Made Magic! 

1st April 2024, Bangalore: Calling all breakfast enthusiasts, morning glory chasers, and fans of legendary Bombay eats! SodaBottleOpenerWala is proud to unveil its brand new Bombay Breakfast Club menu, a love letter to the vibrant and delicious breakfast traditions of Bombay, available at its Bangalore and Mumbai outlets, starting this April onwards.

Diners can start mornings sunny side up with an all-egg extravaganza. From Parsi classics like the Akuri to an Egg White Souffle Omelette, there’s an egg for everyone. Also on offer are the Persian Sausage Eggs, poached eggs served with cheesy sumac yoghurt, chilli butter and masala chicken sausage. The menu includes Spinach & Mushroom Par Eedu baked skillet eggs for those looking for a touch of green. Not to forget bun basics to pair, done just right with a Bun Maska or Bun Maska Jam, fluffy pav and creamy butter (or sweet jam).

Taking a walk down the lanes of  Bombay is made easier with the magic of Mumbai street food with dishes like Kanda Bhajiya, or the iconic Pav Bhaji, a vegetarian delight of spiced mashed vegetables served with buttered pav. Spicing things up on the Bombay Breakfast Club Menu is with the Bohri Keema Parantha, or the Classic Eggs Kejriwal, featuring sunny-side-up eggs on toast with cheesy mushroom. 

Before there was Dalgona, there was SodaBottleOpenerWala’s Pheteli Coffee – Parsi-style hand-beaten coffee with hot milk, a must-have. Diners can also indulge in delicious beverages such as Mawa Shake, Classic Cutting Chai, and many more options to choose from.
