Arjun Sikdar, cultivated his passion for diverse cuisines in a family where food was the core of every conversation. With a strong foundation in culinary education from The International Institute of Hotel Management in Bangalore and invaluable internships at prestigious establishments like The Hyatt Regency, New Delhi, and The Oberoi's, Bangalore, he honed his expertise across various kitchen specialties. His culinary journey extended to Texas, USA, where he worked at The Gaylord Texan by Marriott, serving a staggering 5000 people daily. It was here that he immersed himself in the authentic Texan barbecue culture and embarked on food road trips across the state, leaving an indelible mark on him with its rich, simple, and meat-centric barbecue tradition.

Returning to Goa in 2019, Arjun built his own smoker from scratch and launched Cuebebar Smoke House at the young age of 22. Cuebebar specializes in American-style barbecue, sourcing local meats smoked for 9-15 hours and crafting in-house sauces with love. They also offer tantalizing items like tacos, burgers, and mac & cheese, all prepared the American way with locally sourced Indian ingredients.
