With the festive spirit in air, ITC Grand Central celebrated itsannual Cake Mixing Ceremony on November 25, 2021, taking its first steptowards gearing up for the festive season.
Bhagwan Balani, General Manager, ITC Grand Central and Executive Chef Paul Noronha along with all the associates and guests of the hotel participated in the ritual with much enthusiasm and gaiety.
Endless bottles of spirits and syrups along with some selected spices like cinnamon and cardamom were poured into the colorful confluence of dark raisins, black currents, glazed red cherries and a variety of nuts and pistachios, while a number of gloved hands kneaded the mixture excitedly.
The more to mix, the merrier the feat!
