(Bengaluru, 4th January 2024) Shangri-La Bengaluru's renowned Italian gem, Caprese is launching a refreshed menu featuring new delicacies, innovative by-the-table dishes and re-imagined dining experiences. 

Fresh Flavors, Stylish Delight

The journey begins with tantalizing appetizers, featuring the classic Caprese salad with Toybox tomatoes, fresh basil, and a balsamic reduction. Guests can explore rustic perfection with Polpette Al Sugo, a homemade bread ball in tomato sauce adorned with Parmesan cheese.

Homemade Pastas & Piping-hot Pizzas

Caprese's homemade pasta plates steal the show, boasting Cavatelli with Porcini Mushroom sauce and Asparagus, as well as the green twist of Lasagne Verdure. Seafood enthusiasts can indulge in Tortellie Polpa Di Granchio E Burro Al Limone, a tantalizing Tortelli pasta with crab meat and champagne sauce.

The menu also boasts a selection of hand-tossed artisanal Pizza served piping hot from the oven. For the picture-perfect pizza, the Bismark is a base Tomato sauce, Mozzarella, Ham and topped off with a golden fried egg making it perfect for friends and family to gather and share or as an individual treat.

Culinary Masterpiece & Shareable Traditions

Mains showcase culinary masterpieces like Porchetta Brasata, a succulent braised pork belly over velvety cauliflower purée, accented with caramelized apple slices. Stinco Di Agnello offers a tender Lamb shank paired with creamy polenta, creating a symphony of textures and flavors.

Guests can embrace the family-style tradition with Caprese’s selection of generously sized, shareable Come E Casa offerings. The Pollo Girarrosto Al Rosmarino E Limone is a traditional Italian-style whole roasted chicken, gracefully marinated with rosemary and lemon and served with baked potatoes.

Concluding the culinary journey, Caprese presents artisanal Gelatos and Sorbets, featuring flavors like Limoncello, Granny Smith Apple, Himalayan salt, sundried tomato, and Ghana chocolate & coffee. Of course, the timeless Tiramisu awaits, ensuring a sweet conclusion to an unforgettable meal.
