At Golden Dragon, the specially hand-crafted menu by Master Chef Lian Yun Lie is filled with traditional quintessential flavours from the regions of China. With something for each palate - vegetarian, non-vegetarian and seafood - guests can savour delightful orient flavours!

Delight in special Beer Duck-Naniing Style (Duck Slow Braised, Beer, Chinese Spices); Kou Rou (Steamed Belgian Pork Belly, Soy Garlic Reduction); Fish- Yun Nan (Sliced John Dory fish, Homemade Fresh Pickled Chillies); Steamed Cantonese Prawns(Tiger prawns, Crushed Garlic, Sesame Oil); Whole Pomfret (Pan fried, Xo Sauce, Bird Eye Chillies); Qinchai Chicken (Chicken Morsels, Flash fried, Crushed Pepper, Fresh Celery, Red chillies); Lotus Stem- Family Style (Stir fried, Garlic, Dry red Chillies, Shao Xing Wine); and Asian Greens (Whole Garlic, Superior Soya).
