Executive Chef Jaffar Ali together with MasterChef Kannan welcomes guests on a culinary journey of traditional earthen flavours cuisine from the land of Karaikudi. Home to the Nattukottai Chettiars, the cuisine has evolved over the years and is known for its interplay between spices and distinctive ingredients.

Guests can savour a delectable spread of mouth-watering dishes like Murungai Ilai soup; Kai kari charu; Kola Urundai roast; Vazhapoo vada; Karaikudi style meen cutlet; Karuveppilai Era varuval; Era Porichathu; and Sutta kozhi kudamilagai salad. The menu is further dotted with favourites like Chettinad Style whole roast Chicken; Mutton Chop Varuthathu; Chettinad style Snapper masala Roast - whole fish; and Nattu Kozhi muttai Milagu Roast.

Enjoy live stations comprising Chettinad vellai appam; Kothu parata /kothu idiyappam; and Idly thattu, together with Attukal paya; Mutton Salna; Meen Varuval counter; Chettinad Masala Chicken/Egg /prawn; Kadai Kozhambu; Kadai Porichathu; and Chettinad style fish curry.
