Olive Fritters
Ingredients
150 gms Del Monte Pitted Green Olives
150 gms Del Monte Pitted Black Olives
200 gms Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For Stuffing
100 gms Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp Chilli Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
For Batter
1 cup Refined Flour
½ cup Corn Flour
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Water as required
Method
In a bowl add all the ingredients for stuffing and mix well. Stuff pitted olives with this mix.
In a separate bowl add all the ingredients for the batter and mix well.
Spread breadcrumbs on a plate & heat oil in a pan.
Dip stuffed olives in the batter, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry.
Sprinkle some parsley and serve hot.
Rainbow Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1 Cup Del Monte Spirali Pasta
10 Diced Cherry Tomatoes
1 Diced Red Onions
¼ Cup Chopped Broccoli
¼ Cup Diced Carrots
1 Diced Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Diced Red Bell Pepper
1 Cup Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits
10 fresh Mint Leaves
10 fresh Basil Leaves
Del Monte Sliced Green Olives
Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Del Monte Zingo Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Italian Mixed Herbs
1 tbsp Chilli Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp Oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Boil pasta al dente.
Take cooked pasta in a bowl and add all the other ingredients to it.
Mix it up very well.

Spaghetti Napoletana
Ingredients
30 ml Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Finely Chopped White Onion
300 ml Del Monte Napoletana Sauce
2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 tbsp Italian Mixed Herbs
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
Salt & Pepper to taste
100 gms Del Monte Spaghetti Pasta
Water for boiling
Method
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion. Pour in the pasta sauce and add all the seasonings. Mix well.
In a separate pot, boil Spaghetti.
Transfer cooked spaghetti to sauce and toss them together. Your Diwali meal is ready.
Farfalle Salad
Ingredients
2 cups Arugula Leaves
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
100 gms Cubed Paneer
100 gms Del Monte Farfalle Pasta
For Dressing
50 ml Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10 ml Soy Sauce
10 ml Mustard Sauce
50 ml Lemon Juice
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Make the dressing by mixing all its ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the veggies, paneer and pasta. Season it with some salt & pepper.
Pour in the dressing and toss it well.
Fresh, healthy, Italian pasta is ready to serve.
