A festive special five-course modern Cantonese brunch menu paired with free-flowing Grey Goose cocktails

This Sunday, bring your family and friends together as Hakkasan presents an intricately crafted Easter Hakka Sunday Brunch celebratory experience with free-flowing Grey Goose cocktails paired alongside a festive special 5-course menu. The menu will feature a wholesome soup, refreshing salad, a selection of small eats, mains, rice and noodles, dessert and bottomless Grey Goose cocktails.

Start of the Easter Hakka Brunch with a selection a soup like the Wild mushroom clear soup, Sweet corn soup or the Hot & sour soup. Salads feature the Hakkasan signature Crispy duck salad with pomelo, pine nut and shallot or the Vegetarian duck and cress salad with pomelo, onion and shallots. Choose three small eats from a selection of options like Carrot cake; Spicy jackfruit dumpling, Chive flower and mushroom dumpling, Crispy tofu in Szechuan peppercorn, Chicken and prawn shui mai, Har gau, Crispy prawn with wheat flakes, Crab dumpling laid on a bed of spicy Singaporean sauce and more.

From the mains, one can enjoy the Stir-fry broccolini with mushroom; Szechuan mabo tofu; Four style vegetables in Szechuan sauce with asparagus, yam bean, shimeji mushroom and tofu; Stir-fry chicken in lang chin sauce; Stir-fry lamb tenderloin with ginger and spring onion and moreRice and noodles feature Truffle fried rice; Edamame and egg fried rice; Hakka hand-pulled noodle with shimeji mushroom and bean sprout or the Chicken Szechuan noodle.
