The spectacular sights of Mumbai’s skyline, from the 40th floor of St. Regis, are accompanied by decadent food platters, refreshing cocktails and an enchanting ambiance.

These all-week-long sundowners feature a special menu for a selection of bottles of spirits such as Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose, Dewar’s, Bacardi Superior, Martini Prosecco and more. The mixologists at ASILO would be shaking things up with cocktails such as Bombay Sapphire Collins, Lychee Watermelon Sparkling, Beautiful Berry, Sanda Picante and more. 

The Golden Hours also presents a choice of food platters such as the Veg Robata Platter with Teriyaki Roasted Potatoes, Barbequed Cottage Cheese, Chargrilled Mixed Vegetable Skewer and Roasted Potatoes with sweet chili and yogurt. The Non-Veg Robata Platter includes Spicy Tamarind Prawns, Fish in Black Pepper, Turkish Chicken Seekh Kebab, Kun Pao Chicken Satay and New Zealand Harrisa Lamb Loin Skewer.
