Abhivandana Food Festival highlights the cultural diversity and unique flavours that characterize Gujarati cuisine. In a globalized food landscape where, regional cuisines risk being overshadowed, this showcase promotes the distinct flavours and culinary traditions of Gujarat, ensuring they receive the recognition they deserve.

Curated by Chef Tejas, the festival will feature traditional dishes such as Bharela Marcha, Kathiawadi Kadi, Masala Bhat, Rajwadi Khichdi, and a variety of mouth-watering sweets like Kesar Pista Basundi and Rajbhog Shrikhand. Madras Pavilion will be adorned with traditional Gujarati decor, creating an immersive cultural experience for all guests.

From June 23-29, 2024, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the symphony of Gujarati flavours at ITC Grand Chola. The opulent dinner buffet at Madras Pavilion is priced at INR 2400 + taxes per person, while a square meal at Café Mercara is available for INR 1750 + taxes per person.
