Curated by Chef Tejas, the festival will feature traditional dishes such as Bharela Marcha, Kathiawadi Kadi, Masala Bhat, Rajwadi Khichdi, and a variety of mouth-watering sweets like Kesar Pista Basundi and Rajbhog Shrikhand. Madras Pavilion will be adorned with traditional Gujarati decor, creating an immersive cultural experience for all guests.
From June 23-29, 2024, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the symphony of Gujarati flavours at ITC Grand Chola.
