Celebrate Motherhood with special Soul Food Zone & Zodiac Brunch at Hilton Goa Resort

This Mother’s day, Hilton Goa Resort will be inviting mothers from the Saipe village to dish out delicious and authentic local delicacies. These dishes could be simple that is usually seen in a Goan household and something that the mothers love preparing for their children and family.

These are mothers from the surrounding areas of Saipem Hills, who will have a dedicated counter set up at ‘The Zodiac Brunch – Celebrating Motherhood’ to display their preparations. The Zodiac Brunch is a fun concept that changes according to different zodiac signs each month. Every brunch has a unique ambiance, music and a menu which represents the likings of respective zodiac signs.

The home cooks will be present in their respective counters with a Hilton Goa Resort apron and a handout with the narrative/recipe of the dish will be placed for guests to take it along with them.

Enjoy the Soul Food Zone and relish the delicacies prepared by home chefs.

The home cooks can interact with the guests and exchange ideas. We will also be having one home cook have a dedicated live counter going forward every Sunday in a rotational manner.

This CSR activity ensures that people try authentic Goan food whilst also ensuring a steady income for them to manage their day-to-day activities.
