Celebrate Onam at The Sqaure, Novotel Pune!

Pune, September 9, 2019: Onam is an annual Harvest festival in the state of Kerala in India, that includes boat races, folk songs and dance, plantain offerings and worship, the celebrations are incomplete without the aroma of traditional cuisine. It’s a festival that also celebrates the unity and diversity across all religions and sections of society. This year to celebrate this joyous festival, Novotel Pune is hosting a special Onam Sadhya spread at The Square. 

The Spread will feature popular dishes such as the Thakkali Rassam, Kairali Roast Masala Paneer, Vadai: Cheera, Savala, Medu .Pachchakari Stew, Pachchakkai

Payaru Mezhakka Purattiyathu, ,Mellagu Malabar ,Kozhi Khurmah and many more mouth- watering dishes that create a symphony of flavours when plated together. The grand feast ends with a beverage offering known as Sambharhum that includes Buttermilk spiced with mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger and green chillies.
