And with this, let us inform you that your favourite Parantha Joint – Paranthe Wali Galli has completed 3 prosperous years of treating all of our taste buds with the most inventive creations and interesting mixes on this 25th of November, 2019.

Paranthe Wali Galli is an eatery that will mesmerize you the minute you step inside their feelgood dining room. The original Hindustan Motors Ambassador headlights as the high ceilings, bright lighting, and the colorful craftiness on the walls add to the inviting ambiance. This 42 seater Parantha Joint, situated in the by-lanes of Sarat Bose Road, has been a much-renowned place for creating an impressive menu, featuring a range of dishes which embraces the never heard before combinations. Rahul Arora, Chef & Owner, explored The Paranthe Wali Galli during his stay in Delhi while working with an Indian Luxury Hotel Chain, close to Kinari Bazaar in old Delhi and immediately realized that this is what Kolkata has been missing out on. Thus, he came up with Paranthe Wali Galli, which actually sums up the taste and flavor of India in Paranthas.

And now their completion of 3 great years surely calls for a grand celebration! Famous for serving unique and interesting dishes, the place is all set to serve the patrons with a unique celebration too! For their 3rd anniversary, they have launched an anniversary special challenge menu. As a fun challenge, Rahul asked a few culinary experts and celebrities to name any ingredient, and he made a parantha out of it! How interesting is that? Don’t worry; you can also get to try these fun challenging paranthas as Paranthe Wali Galli is also featuring them in their menu, along with the names of the people who threw the challenge. The anniversary special challenge menu comprises of paranthas with ingredients like Magic Pop (by Swastika Mukherjee), Broccoli (by Tanushree Shankar), Payesh (By Parama Ghosh), Coffee, Pesto Parmesan, Peyaj Koli, Chilli Garlic Noodles and many more given by some renowned people of the town! And guess what! They have tried these parantha’s themselves.

In Swastika’s Words “When Rahul asked me for an ingredient to prepare a parantha out of it, instantly what popped up in my head was magic pop. But I never imagined this parantha will come out so soft, delicious with a sweet taste of magic pop. Magic pop has always been very special to me since my childhood and now getting your favourite candy flavoured parantha by one of the best chefs in Kolkata is just “Wow”. Thanks so much, Rahul for this wonderful parantha and wishing Paranthe Wali Galli a very happy 3rd anniversary”.

This challenge menu will be available from the 25th of November to the 20th of December and the price range for this is from Rs. 109/- to Rs. 159/- (+taxes).

Along with this fun challenge menu, they are also presenting us with Breakfast Parantha Combos. These combos are having two different kinds of Paranthas – Classic Aloo Parantha and Achari Aloo Parantha. You can avail of each one of these for Rs. 69/- and two for Rs. 109/-. This combo offer will be available from the 25th of November to the 20th of December between 9 am to 11.30 am. What else would you wish for?
